The Open Door School Managing Team (ODS MT) manages the ODS, including hiring, supporting and supervising the ODS Director. The Team is composed of eight members: the ODS Director (ex-officio), ODS Family Community Association representative, UUCC Director of Administration and five at-large UUCC members. MT members take responsibility in one of several areas: finance, personnel and communications. The Unitarian Universalist Community of Charlotte Board approves all member appointments to the Managing Team.
