Rental Information
The Unitarian Universalist Community of Charlotte has several meeting rooms available for rent on a limited basis, accommodating up to 290 people. Our Wi-Fi-accessible rooms are available for both non-profit and for-profit meetings and events. To secure a room, please submit a completed copy of our UUCC Facilities Rental Agreement to Administrative Assistant Christy Miller at least three weeks before your event.
For Wedding Rentals please fill out a copy of our UUCC Wedding Agreement.

Freeman Hall (Fellowship Hall)
Size: 3000 square feet | Capacity: 290 without tables, 135 with tables
Includes access to a sound system, 8 large round tables (60″), 8 small round (46″), 11 rectangular tables (6′), and 135 chairs. (Additional tables available, but may be limited by other events).
There is a kitchen available for potluck or catered meals only.
Non-profit meeting or event: $350 (up to 6 hours), $50 (each add’l hour)
For-profit meeting or event: $700 (up to 6 hours), $110 (each add’l hour)
Kitchen usage fee: $50
Audio equipment usage fee: up to $50
Sanctuary
Size: 4000 square feet | Capacity: 245
Includes access to a sound system, piano, and organ
Non-profit meeting or event: $400 (up to 6 hours), $60 (each add’l hour)
For-profit meeting or event: $750 (up to 6 hours), $120 (each add’l hour)
Audio equipment usage fee: up to $50
Piano and/or organ usage fee: $25
Bernstein Room
Includes access to 4 rectangular tables (6′) and 45 chairs.
Size: 22 feet x 22 feet | Capacity: 45
Includes access to a piano, television
Piano usage fee: $25
Audio equipment usage fee: up to $50
Non-profit meeting or event: $125 (up to 6 hours), $15 (each add’l hour)
For-profit meeting or event: $300 (up to 6 hours), $45 (each add’l hour)
Conference Room
Size: 15 feet x 17 feet | Capacity: 18
Includes access to screen, large flatscreen monitor, conference-style seating
Audio equipment usage fee: up to $50
Non-profit meeting or event: $75 (up to 6 hours), $10 (each add’l hour)
For-profit meeting or event: $200 (up to 6 hours), $25 (each add’l hour)
All rentals may be subject to additional fees. Please see the Usage Agreement for more details. UUCC members receive the lowest published rates.
