The class “What About All These Pronouns?” that was scheduled for Saturday, March 30 has been canceled due to low registration numbers. We will offer a similar session in the afternoon of the Beyond the Binary event on April 27. 

A spinoff of the popular What About All These Words, this class will explore language around gender and sexual orientation. Have you been wondering about Pronouns and language around LGBTQ+ folks? Have you been unsure how Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation intersect and where they are very separate? Have you been confused about what pronouns to use or how to ask? Do you want tips on how to approach folks in these situations, while still showing acceptance and humility?

Then this is the class for you! We will look at the various gender identities, expressions, and pronouns, and the different types of sexual orientation. Knowing the language is a great step toward compassion and respect for our gender-diverse and LGBTQ+ siblings.
