In advance of the vote of the bylaw change (see below for more information), the Board of Trustees will host an informational Q&A session about the proposed changed on Sunday, March 17, in-person in the Sanctuary following the service at 11:30 a.m.

The Board of Trustees (BOT) is proposing several amendments to our Bylaws, with a particular focus on sections related to voting. According to Article XI of the Bylaws (“Bylaws Procedures”), “these bylaws may be amended or repealed at any duly authorized meeting of the Membership by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the voting members present and voting.” The BOT will hold a special congregational meeting for this vote on Sunday, March 24, at 11:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary.
