Join us beneath the light of the Full Moon as we gather in sacred circle to honor the Divine that lives within us all. Open to every seeker, our ceremony weaves together Goddess and/or Earth-centered practices with opportunities for reflection, creativity, and deep connection. Together, we attune to the rhythms of the Earth and the wisdom of the elements, the magic of the moon’s cycle as it guides transformation.
Saliima will be our leader and has studied in Hawaii and will explore Hawaiian music, language, storytelling, Hula hands, Hula instruments, chants, healing practices, and rhythms. Learn about the legends and stories of Hina (The Polynesian moon Goddess). Explore how the lunar calendar governed almost every aspect of life in the days of old Hawai’i. Bring a journal or paper and a clipboard and something to write with. All activities can be done seated, with optional standing; simple Hula steps are included towards the end. Learn what it means to live the aloha spirit and to live and travel Pono: In harmony with self, others, and the land.
