Beloved Members and Friends,

As our neighbors to the south are preparing for the next round of hurricanes and storms, many are still navigating the impact of Hurricane Helene, and there are many ways we can show up.

Financial Giving

The Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry of North Carolina

We will share our collection from Sunday October 6 with UU Justice NC, which is providing direct assistance to UU Communities and individuals in the most impacted areas, including the four main UU Congregations in Asheville, Swannanoa, Hendersonville, and Transylvania County.

You can still give to UU Justice NC by following these steps:

  • A check made out to “Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry of NC”
  • In the Memo Line – “Helene Disaster Relief”
  • Send to Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry of NC, P.O. Box 61966, Durham, NC 27715

The UUA Disaster Relief Fund

You can also give to the UUA Disaster Relief Fund, which provides ongoing disaster relief throughout the country, and partners with local organizations and UU congregations in impacted areas. You can give HERE.
